If you subscribed on the AppStore, complete the following steps:
Go to your device's settings.
Go to the iTunes store section.
Select your user name.
Then select "View Apple ID".
You can cancel your subscription on the subscriptions page.
If you subscribed on the Play Store, complete the following steps:
Start the Google Play Store on your device.
Search for Viadeo and go to the product page.
Your current subscription will be shown on the product page.
You can then edit this information and cancel your subscription.
If you subscribed through our website, please sign in online using your app credentials and complete the following steps:
If you signed up using your credit card or Carte Bleue:
Mouse-over your name in the upper right-hand corner of your screen, then click on Your Account.
Then, click onMembership & Invoices
Click on Manage your Premium Membership in the lower left-hand corner.
Click on Disable and follow the steps.
If you signed up with PayPal, you must access to your Paypal account.
